At Baracuta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your iconic G9 jacket or any other item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Baracuta tags and labels are securely attached and the garment is folded carefully.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the goods.
